More important than just responding, is fixing the problem quickly which PC Housecalls does. Of course, you might get lucky and get it fixed the same day or next, but I have always found PC Housecalls’ scheduling to be reasonable. I have never had an appointment that was put off…usually the tech showed up early. That tells me they have inside staff which have been there and can make accurate time estimates, which is almost unheard of in the IT field. For years, I have been preaching that ones computer support team is the most important aspect of your business after your product or service and your people. Also, it is much easier paying a computer services bill than a legal bill. You see the results quickly and the value is easier to measure….and it is a whole lot cheaper!
